Initial Consultation
To get an informed start on personalizing your trip, we'll send you an intake form that asks questions about your travel wish list and your budget range. Start off by sending us an email.
Tailored Presentation
Now the fun begins! We'll present you with several accommodations based on the location(s) you're traveling to that will reflect your travel expectations.
Digging Deeper
After settling your accommodations, we'll go over any travel add-ons you may wish to include in your travel package. These may include airfare, excursions, local gastronomy, transportation research - you name it.
Travel Management
To ensure that your travel itinerary is seamless, we'll be your main point of contact leading up to, and for the duration of your trip! We'll provide you with our direct contact information if you have any questions or concerns.

To tailor your perfect trip, we'll first get a feel for your travel style, your non-negotiables and the occasion for your trip during your first consultation. Here are some travel details you may want to consider:
Style
Really get as specific as you'd like here because we cover everything from A-Z. Luxury travel, cruises, LGBTQ+ travel, boutique stays, family travel; you name it, we got it.
Occasion
To make your stay extra special, we want to know what you're celebrating - whether it's a destination wedding, birthday, retirement, or you're just celebrating your luxurious trip, tell us! We might have some tricks up our sleeve.
Budget
Add-on items such as airfare, local transportation, excursions and other logistics are optional at a fair price. We'll go over every detail during your consultation and your booking process so that you know how every penny is being spent.
Group Size
We service small groups (1-5 guests) and large groups (6-12+ guests)
